We want you to love your purchase! If you don’t, here’s how returns/exchanges work:
1. Returns & Exchanges
Timeframe: Request within 7 days of delivery.
Reverse Shipment Fee: Up to *₹100 per item** may be deducted (Fair Usage Policy). Pickup Attempts:
Scheduled within 24–48 hours of request.
Max 3 attempts; subject to service availability in your area.
2. Refund Process*

- COD refunds are "store credits"-only (usable for future orders).
- Shipping charges, reward points, and store credits are *non-refundable*.
3. Return Conditions
- Items must be unused, with original tags/packaging.
- No refunds for used, damaged, or altered products.
4. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, these cannot be returned:
Accessories ⋅ Sunglasses ⋅ Perfumes ⋅ Masks ⋅ Innerwear (boxers/briefs/trunks)
Categories may be updated without notice.
5. Promotional Offers
BOGO/free-product deals* are *final sale* (no returns/exchanges).
6. Self-Ship Returns
If pickup is unavailable, ship to:

- Courier Suggestion: Use Speed Post (avoid The Professional Couriers).
- Reimbursement:
- Prepaid: Amount to your bank.
- COD: Refund to PUNK Store Credits.
7. Important Terms*
- Provide accurate bank details; PUNK isn’t liable for errors.
- Report undelivered packages (despite confirmation) within 24 hours.
